The 19-year-old won silver on the bars on Saturday and took a surprise bronze on the floor on Sunday.
"I have always been known for bars and I have been working hard to make myself known on the floor as well.
"I'm excited there will be a home crowd at the World Cup Final (in Birmingham in December) and it will be good for the profile of British gymnastics."
Tweddle, Britain's highest profile gymnast, came a disappointing 13th in Athens.
