Tweddle, who in September added the world crown to her European title, then came second in the floor final.

Britain's Commonwealth champions Louis Smith and Imogen Cairns came fifth and seventh in the pommel horse and the vault respectively.

Smith, who is also the European junior champion, scored 15.775 in an event in which Qin Xiao of China won his second gold, having already won the floor.

Cairns earned 14.037 in the women's vault, which was won by China's Fei Cheng with a score of 15.6.
