MAY 2009
Hi everyone!

Hi all, it has been a while since I last left a message on here. I have been so busy its untrue. I have just finished my exams at university and obviously in the middle of competitions having competed at the Europeans 7 weeks ago and Glasgow last weekend and the team Championships this weekend. I am so glad my exams have finished and I can just concentrate on my training for a bit. The team championhips should be a great competition as always at the weekend. Hopefully some of you will be gong to watch. I am looking forward to the summer time although i am sure most of it will be spent in the gym preparing for the World Championships in October.
I am sorry if I haven't repled to you on the guestbook, it is hard for me to reply unless you leave a visible email. If you have any questions for me please send them to my email bethtweddle1@hotmail.com or add me as a friend on facebook and I will be happy to answer them.
All the best

February 2009
Hi everyone!

Just a quick note to let you know how I am getting on and whats going on in my life. I have just finished my mid year exams at university and back to lectures. My surgery went well in November. Unfortunately it was necessary for my shoulder to be operated on and I decided that it was the best option to do it prior to this season starting so that I could try and be ready for the European Championships. Recovery has been going to plan and I am now training and will be attending National Squad at the weekend. I have no plans as to when I will be fully fit and ready to compete but I am working towards the European Championships. My main aim of the year is to be ready for the World Championships in October.
Best wishes & all the best for 2009!

SEPTEMBER 2008
Hi everyone!

I hope you had an amazing summer and had some time to chill out and get some sun and obviously keep up to date with the Olympics. I am now back in the UK and have been back to training. Obviously I had a wicked sumer and I was really pleased with my results (maybe a little gutted when i think how close it all was) but I can only look forward The atmosphere out in Beijing was amazing. The village was awesome, apartments all really nice and Team GB had kitted them out to make us feel at home. I shared a flat with the rest of my team and was lucky enough to get my own room. The boys artistic squad was just across the hall from us as were our coaches and the fencing team. Unfortunately we didnt make it to the opening ceremony due to the fact our competition was on the sunday morning so wouldnt be ideal walking around so much and getting back that late. The coaches went on our behalf and throughly enjoyed it. Even though we finished competing earlier than the end of the Olympics we were allowed to stay out to attend the closing ceremony, which was a fantastic experience. Unfortunatey i didnt have much time to see the sites of China. I went to the Great Wall and the views were fantastic and we were really lucky that it was a clear day but it was so busy and really hot so I didnt last very long up there. The main question which has been asked of me is 'Am i going to stay until 2012?' and to be honest i haven't a clue what i am going to do. I am definately intending on staying until the World Championships in London next year but i am going to take it one day at a time. Finally I just want to say thank you to everyone who has left messages for me on my guestbook over the summer. I am sorry i haven't been able to reply to them but the format has been changed on my guestbook and it is a lot harder for me to access people's email address' to reply. If you want to get into contact with me the best way is via my email address bethtweddle1@hotmail.com
I hope you are well

DECEMBER 18TH 2007
Hi everyone!

Firstly, Merry Chirstmas to everyone. I hope you have a great holiday season. I will be getting a few days off over Christmas so I am going down South to see family and catch up with a few friends. I am now in down season and training hard in the gym. Glasgow went ok, obviously Bars didn’t go as well as it could have gone but I went for broke and it didn’t pay off this time. I was really pleased though to be able to put it behind me and win floor. The following week I flew off to Hong Kong for a training camp in what will be our holding camp next year prior to the Olympics. We had a really good time out there and it was great to see the venue prior to next year. I hope everyone is well and you all hopefully have a well deserved break over the xmas period. All the best for 2008.
Best wishes

OCTOBER 5TH 2007
I am sorry it has taken so long to put up a from Beth message. I am in the middle of moving house, starting college and full time training. Firstly I would like to say thank you for all the messages on my guestbook, I appreciate them all and they are interesting to read and its nice to hear how you are all getting on with your gymnastics. I have now got round to replying to them but I am sorry it has taken a while. For those who asked questions and haven’t had responses unfortunately the email addresses left were not recognisable and therefore I couldn’t respond. I have now finished university and have started college studying sports massage. I am also training full time in preparation for the Olympics next year. I will be starting to compete again in November with a competition in Italy followed by the Grand Prix in Glasgow. The team are also flying out to Hong Kong and China for a training camp in preparation for next year.

I hope you are all well
