The three-time Olympian, who won bronze at London 2012 on the uneven bars, launched the Gym Stars programme at three separate leisure centres. The 28-year-old world champion, who also won TV's Dancing on Ice this year, held a live question-and-answer session, followed by a floor display and a coached session for members of the programme.
In a whistle-stop tour of the Duchy, she took in Newquay Sports Centre, Polkyth Leisure Centre, in St Austell, and The Phoenix, in Launceston.
Gym Stars, a fun programme for children aged from two to eight years old, was devised by Beth alongside other gymnastics experts.
It boasts a "non-elite" environment for youngsters of all abilities, split between Little Stars for the very young children and Big Stars, starting at age five.
Neil Richardson, from Total Gymnastics, the company which co-developed Gym Stars, said Beth was "determined to leave a lasting legacy within her sport."
